Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inspect360 Suite website and application (the "Service") operated by Inspect360 Suite ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable regulations, including occupational health and safety standards, ISO 17020:2012, and local compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibility

4. AI-Assisted Analysis & Human Oversight (GDPR Art. 22)

The Service uses AI to assist inspectors — for example, by drafting narrative text, suggesting severity scores, or flagging potential findings from photos. These outputs are advisory only. A qualified human inspector must review, edit, and sign off on every report before it is issued, and no inspection outcome is finalised by the Service without meaningful human involvement. You retain the right to request human review of any AI-assisted finding and to disable AI features for your organisation at any time from Admin Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full disclosures under GDPR Article 22 and the Saudi PDPL.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inspect360 Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Inspection reports and data you create using the Service remain your property.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspect360 Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, regulatory penalties, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that the Service Provider may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where the customer is established to protect its intellectual property or recover amounts due.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
